I have always felt the unseen—like a silent knowing resting just beneath the surface of life. As a child, I could sense things before they happened, feel emotions that weren’t my own, and see beyond what was being spoken. I understood energy before I even knew the word for it. But with that awareness came a loneliness—who could I share it with? Who else could see what I saw, feel what I felt? So, I kept it inside, quietly observing the world through the eyes of someone who was already walking between realms.

Growing up with this heightened sensitivity wasn’t easy. I learned early on that most people didn’t perceive life in the way I did. I had to navigate the intensity of my emotions, the depth of my awareness, and the weight of energies that weren’t always mine to carry. Relationships were complex, often mirroring deep karmic lessons, and I unconsciously built walls to protect myself. But every challenge held a teaching, every heartbreak a deeper initiation into the mysteries of existence.

The first major awakening of my life came with the birth of my first child. In that moment, something opened within me—a deeper connection to the cosmic flow of life, a knowing that expanded beyond my individual self. My psychic gifts heightened, and I began remembering ancient wisdom that had always been encoded in me. I found myself drawn into energy healing, esoteric teachings, and the study of the mind—not just learning but embodying these teachings as if they had always been a part of me.

Losing my father was another profound initiation—one that altered my experience of reality. Grief cracked open a new dimension within me, one where I could no longer see life in the same way. It was a passage into a deeper level of compassion, understanding, and the ability to hold space for the human experience in all its beauty and rawness.

I came to understand that death is not an ending but a doorway, a transition that reveals more of what we truly are. It shifted my ability to connect with others, to see their pain, their longing, their search for something beyond this material world.

Earlier in my journey, I was drawn to understanding the mind—its vast potential, its illusions, and its power to shape reality. By 2002, this led me to train in psychotherapy, NLP, and neuroscience-based techniques for subconscious reprogramming, running this work alongside my spiritual practice ever since. I wanted to bridge the gap between spirit and psychology, to help people move past the limitations of their conditioning and step into their true nature.

Alongside this, my path deepened into meditation, channeling, and mystery school teachings. Immersing myself in spiritual practice, I worked in altered states of consciousness, learning how to move between worlds, how to guide others through deep initiatory processes, and how to open doorways to higher realms.

But the greatest activation of all came during the Covid lockdowns. It was as if a veil had been lifted—a mass awakening was unfolding, and I was caught in its waves. I fell seriously ill, and in that space of surrender, everything dissolved. I entered a state beyond time, beyond identity, beyond self. There was no separation—only oneness, only the infinite presence of all that is. My ego had to surrender completely, and what emerged was something beyond what I had ever known.

It took me over a year to integrate that experience. To return to my body. To remember how to exist in the world while holding the memory of infinity. I had to rebuild myself—piece by piece, breath by breath—bringing everything I had ever learned, everything I had ever been, into a new form. And from that place, my work evolved again.
