Home for me is a charming Victorian house in Cheshire, where I share my life with my husband of almost two decades, our two adult children, and four playful dogs. Liverpool born; I have been fortunate to experience life beyond my home's comforting embrace. I've experienced many different cultures, savouring life in its myriad hues across the UK and around the globe. My heart often calls out to the serene landscapes of Anglesey in Wales, the

rich history of Italy, the mystic energy of Egypt,

and the spiritual grace of Bali.

In life, I find my soul ignited by creativity – in the beauty of interior design, the expressive freedom of graphic design, the introspective journeys of writing and reading, and the nurturing alchemy of healthy cooking. Even history and classical studies, with its stories of people and places, sparks in me a deep sense of wonder.

Learning is not just a hobby; it's an integral part of my

self-care, a commitment to my own growth. I have a profound curiosity for health, healing, the boundless potential of the human mind, and the mystical realms of spirituality. The divine spark that fuels our existence is central to my worldview, intricately woven into my daily life, seen through my spiritual practices,

studies, and ongoing training.

Since 1998, I've been embarking on a conscious journey of awakening to my inner nature and living a yogic lifestyle.
