What a wonderful day I had with Alesha in her fabulous studio. I arrived to a small, lovely group, a hi vibe juice and a warm welcome and chat. Throughout the day were gentle yoga practices, meditation sessions and healing journeys, all with a healthy and healing delicious lunch.
